Essity in Lisbon is offering a 6-month internship designed to help you learn, grow, and contribute on real projects within a multinational team.

You will gain hands-on experience across HR operations, Finance, and Master Data, with a 40-hour week and flexible hours, while developing your skills through collaboration, research, and documentation. Fluent in English; no prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.

• Professional Shadowing: Observe and learn from experienced colleagues across different functions
• Meeting Participation: Attend workshops and meetings, take notes, and engage in discussions
• Multicultural Interaction: Collaborate with peers, managers, and directors in a diverse workplace

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
• No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
