Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is hiring a mobile test automation engineer to extend our regression suite and automate core features across iOS and Android. You will start by converting ~150 manual tests in Test Rails and then expand coverage to critical paths.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mobile test automation experience.
• Experience with Kotlin is preferred.
• Familiarity with Firebase and Test Lab is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UiAutomator and Robolectric for Android is a plus.
• Strong time-management and remote-work discipline.

What you will do

Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage;

Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities;

Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

Must haves

2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin ;

Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally);

Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android;

Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.
