Qualificações

• Experience as an application support technician or as a business analyst.
• Knowledge of ETL data integration processes.
• Knowledge of credit risk (GRR, RWA, LGD, default probability).
• Advanced SQL skills and data querying proficiency.
• Good level of English.
• Autonomous, proactive and a team player.
• Think out of the box and propose process improvements.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a working knowledge of the application and business area to provide high-level technical and functional support to users.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base on issues and resolutions.
• Process requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, etc.).
• Create control points within procedures and draft ad hoc reporting.
• Understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and specifications.
• Involve stakeholders in defining and validating new requirements and assess impacts.
• Collaborate with other teams during development stages: specification, development, testing and production deployment.
• Prepare environments for releases and ensure pre-production tests are conducted.
