Decskill in Lisbon is seeking a Windows System Administrator & Application Support specialist to join our IT team. You will handle user and incident support, monitor health, manage releases, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in IT application support, SQL, Windows administration, Ansible, and Dynatrace, with a solid understanding of cloud fundamentals and ITIL practices.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT Application Support.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Proficient in Windows administration.
• Proficient in automation with Ansible. (Big Plus)
• Proficient in application monitoring using Dynatrace. (Plus)
• Proficient understanding of Cloud Fundamentals.
• ITIL Certification.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• User & Incident Support – receive, triage, and resolve incidents and tickets, with updates to users.
• Monitoring & Alerting – monitor app health, health checks, and alerts using monitoring tools.
• Release & Change Management – prepare environments, support releases, coordinate deployments.
• Post-Incident Reviews – participate in RCA and preventive actions.
• Knowledge Management – create and maintain technical docs and guides.
• Collaboration – work with cross-functional teams to ensure service stability.
• Process Improvement – identify improvements to support processes and tooling.
