SYONE, in Lisbon (Hybrid), seeks an Application Support Engineer to deliver first and second-level support for multiple applications. You will analyze issues, apply patches, and collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure smooth performance and delivery.

The role emphasizes automation, scripting, and improving post-release processes, with a focus on Dynatrace monitoring, cloud environments, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with RedHat Linux and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools (Dynatrace preferred).
• Cloud environments knowledge: Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
• Knowledge of databases (RDBMS, NoSQL) and ETL tools (IBM DataStage).
• Experience with Continuous Delivery, deployment automation, and release management.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
