CSway, Lda. in Lisbon seeks an Application Production Support Specialist to maintain Windows IIS and Linux environments, manage Oracle/SQL Server databases, and support WebSphere/Tomcat.

You will automate tasks with Python, Groovy, Bash and PowerShell, monitor incidents, and collaborate with Infra for production changes. 7+ years of experience and fluent English are required; on-call, holiday and weekend work is expected. ELK stack knowledge is a plus.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in production support or related IT roles.
• Strong Windows/IIS and Linux/Unix administration experience.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Experience with Java app servers (WebSphere/Tomcat).
• Proficient with scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with ELK stack.
• Willingness to work on holidays/weekends and on-call support.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for enterprise applications and services.
• Monitor systems, triage incidents, and coordinate changes with Infra.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Windows based infrastructures, Windows / IIS administration;
• Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration;
• Strong experience with databases such as Oracle DB and / or Microsoft SQL Server;
• Experience with Java application servers like IBM WebSphere or Apache Tomcat;
• Experience with Java / .NET applicationso;
• Experience with a scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell;
• Experience with ELK stacko;
• Experience with open-source technologiesAvailability
• Flexible in working on public holiday and weekends to deliver production changes and participate in Infra activity, and available for on-call supportSpoken Language;
• Experience: 7+ Years
• English Fluent.
