CSway in Lisboa is seeking a Technical Architect and IBM WTX Platform Expert to lead integration design and delivery.

You will work with IBM WTX, Java, SQL, and Oracle DBMS on Linux environments, with cloud/docker/Kubernetes as needed to build scalable solutions. Fluency in English and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Technical Architect/ IBM WTX Platform Expert

CSway are looking for aTechnical Architect/ IBM WTX Platform Expert.

Skills required:

Soft skills:

• Fluent/Professional English (candidate should be able to conduct conversations in English);
• Excellent communication and networking skills;
• Team player, but autonomous when needed;
• Expert (knows the answer and provides a compelling case for his position);
• Thinks out-of-the box and comes up with new ideas / improvements for the processes;
• Be agile.

Hard Skills:

• Senior experience in general IT Infrastructure and/or designing application solutions (minimum 3 years’ experience);
• IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (Strong knowledge);
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Strong knowledge – certification is a plus);
• Oracle DBMS (PSQL development experience, + SP writing, etc);
• Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Containers;
• Programming (like SQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Java) Basis or more;
• Able to create reports and presentations to substantiate his work.
