CSway in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Technical Architect Manager to lead infrastructure design and capacity planning. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and guide cross-functional teams.

You will analyze server resources, craft forecasts for 12–24 months, and prepare reports and compelling presentations to support architectural decisions. Strong English and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Senior IT infrastructure experience (5+ years).
• Datacenter operations knowledge across storage, network, servers, virtualization, OS.
• Ability to quantify resources and forecast growth.
• Ability to create reports/presentations to justify decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Discuss with Business IT Managers to obtain information.

CSway are looking for a Technical Architect Manager.

Professional Knowledge and Expertise:

Main tasks:

• Discuss with Business IT Managers in order to obtain information;
• Quantify the data into Technical Needs ( CPU / MEM / DISK / STORAGE / … );
• Define a trend and forecast for the upcoming periods ( 12 / 24 Months);
• Provide an overall picture of infrastructure capacity needs transversally.

Skills required:

Soft skills:

• Fluent/Professional English (candidate should be able to conduct conversations in English);
• Excellent communication and networking skills;
• Team player, but autonomous when needed;
• Expert (knows the answer and provides a compelling case for his position);
• Thinks out-of-the box and comes up with new ideas / improvements for the processes.

Hard Skills:

• Senior experience in general IT infrastructure and designing application solutions (minimum 5yrs experience);
• Knowledgeable in datacenter operations, solutions and management (Technical knowledge of all layers needed when designing and evaluating a solution (storage, network, servers, virtualization, OS, etc);
• Able to view “the big picture” in the context of a specific application´s position and operation within the company´s operation;
• Acquire and analyze server resources metrics ( CPU / MEM / DISK / ... ) and create reports and forecasts based on it for growth tendencies;
• Able to create reports and presentations to substantiate his work;
• Cloud solutions and operating models knowledge is also a nice to have.

Important requirements for this profile:

• Senior (up to 6 to 8 years’ of experience).
