iTRTech Group is seeking a Cloud Application Support / DevOps Engineer for a hybrid role based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will cover production support, monitoring, incident management, automation, and container orchestration in an international environment.

The role requires strong Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and automation skills, plus on-call availability and advanced English. Hybrid work is two to three days in the office each week.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Linux and container platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring tooling.
• Hands-on familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Ability to analyze application, system, and middleware logs.
• English Advanced or Fluent; Portuguese not required for role.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered.

Work Model: Hybrid — 2 to 3 days per week in the office

Rate Between €3000 - 3300 RV / €1800 - 2100 CTI (gross value)

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Cloud Application Support / DevOps Engineer to support business-critical data platform applications. This role combines production support, monitoring, incident management, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration in a demanding international environment.

The position includes participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for critical applications and services;
• Monitor platform health, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents;
