Quanteam - Portugal (Rainbow Partners Group) is seeking a Senior Application Production Support Analyst in Lisbon. You will provide L1/L2 support for critical banking applications, monitor services, and troubleshoot incidents across logs, middleware, and databases.

The role requires strong Unix/Linux skills, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible. A 24/7 shift pattern and hybrid work in Lisbon are part of the package.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 production support for critical banking applications.
• Monitor availability, stability and performance of services.
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents using logs across system, middleware, and databases.
• Prioritize and resolve incidents within defined SLOs.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, Development, and Infra teams.
• Contribute to problem management and automation initiatives.

We are looking for a Senior Application Production Support Analyst

MAIN TASKS

• Provide L1/L2 Application Production Support for critical applications and data platforms in a banking environment.
• Monitor applications and services, ensuring their availability, stability, and performance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents by investigating system, middleware, application, and database logs.
• Prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests within defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Work closely with Business, IT, Development, Infrastructure, and other support teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to Problem Management activities by identifying recurring issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous service improvement to reduce manual and repetitive tasks.
• Support application changes, deployments, and production readiness checks.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Live Play activities.
• Create and maintain application support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in a 24/7 production support model, including shifts, on-call rotations, weekends, and public holidays.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

• Proven experience in Application Production Support / Application Support, ideally within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Strong expertise in Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with application troubleshooting and production incident management.
• Practical knowledge of Autosys and middleware technologies such as MQ and Tomcat.
• Practical experience with Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouses and Data Platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and incident/problem management processes.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and critical-thinking approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, persistent, and service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop technical skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment, including shifts and on-call rotations.
• Hybrid position based in Lisbon.
