ADENTIS Portugal is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to ensure production systems run smoothly in Lisbon. You will diagnose incidents, monitor performance, and coordinate releases with IT teams and external vendors.

You will work in an Agile/JLO environment, emphasizing security, risk management, and compliant changes, while communicating effectively in English with international stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience in Application Support / Application Management in production environments.
• Knowledge of Java, Oracle, Windows, MySQL, SQL and WebLogic.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, including SQL queries and log analysis.
• Experience with release, patch and deployment management.
• Understanding of application architecture, security, performance and availability.
• Experience coordinating vendors and infrastructure teams.
• Knowledge of IT risk, audits and security controls.
• English proficiency for communication with international vendors.
• Banking sector experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production application support, monitoring application performance, batch jobs, logs, incidents and availability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application, infrastructure and performance issues.
• Manage releases, patches and deployments, coordinating with vendors and infrastructure teams.
• Act as a technical point of contact between internal IT teams, infrastructure and external vendors.
• Support application changes, audits, risk management and security requirements.
• Coordinate technical dependencies, deliveries and production interventions.
• Develop ad hoc reporting, monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
• Work in an Agile/JLO environment with technical and business stakeholders.
