Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligibility for an IEFP Professional Internship – Bachelor's Degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and a strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Description

As a junior Health & Benefits Analyst, you will support projects for large and complex clients while managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will develop your expertise in employee benefits and insurance solutions, helping deliver high-quality client service and supporting the development of benefits strategies tailored to clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management and development of a portfolio of local and international clients and prospects.
• Deliver high levels of client service in line with established operating procedures and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in the health insurance market for both individual and SME clients.
• Support the placement, renewal, and administration of health, life, disability, and accident insurance programs.
• Review and validate policies, technical calculations, market submissions, presentations, and client documentation.
• Assist in preparing client reports, proposals, benchmarking studies, and market analyses.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends to support client recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
