A Willis Towers Watson, com base em Lisboa, procura um Benefit Analyst - Spanish Speaker para integrar a equipa de Health & Benefits. O profissional apoiará a gestão de portfolios de benefícios flexíveis, garantindo atualização de dados, faturação e suporte aos clientes e fornecedores.

O candidato ideal possui experiência em benefícios/saúde, formação académica relevante e fluência em espanhol com bom inglês.

Qualificações

• Experiência em saúde e benefícios (consultoria, seguros ou terceirização)
• Graduação universitária, preferencialmente em áreas de negócio ou matemática
• Espanhol fluente (Espanha) com bom nível de inglês
• Experiência em funções de atendimento ao cliente e com o mercado espanhol
• Excel e PowerPoint avançados
• Boas habilidades organizacionais e atenção a detalhes
• Proatividade, foco no cliente e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente
• Trabalho em equipe com foco em melhoria contínua

Responsabilidades

• Gerir a atualização e manutenção de bases de dados de funcionários de cada cliente.
• Preparar ficheiros de encomenda para recargas de produtos contratados, mensais e ad hoc.
• Verificar e enviar faturas de encomendas de recarga para assegurar pagamentos atempados.
• Acompanhamento com os diferentes fornecedores (Edenred/Pluxee)
• Relatar às equipas de Health os movimentos obtidos nos fornecedores.
• Preparar os ficheiros para descontos salariais de cada cliente.
• Gerir comunicações/consultas com o representante do cliente (RH).
• Responder a tickets de questões dos trabalhadores sobre os produtos contratados.
• Identificar e reportar incidentes na operação das plataformas e/ou na geração de inputs básicos

The Opportunity

As a Flexible Compensation Benefits Analyst, you will contribute materially to the customer benefit strategy by supporting the management of portfolio product offering, acquisition, and trading process, as well as a variety of activities related to portfolio maintenance. The main objective is to ensure that users of the various flexible benefit management platforms receive the benefits requested from suppliers and that customers have this information updated in their respective payrolls to make the corresponding discounts, month by month.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and be oriented towards the fulfillment of objectives and to internal and external customer service, as they will collaborate with the Client and the Account Managers from the local Health & Benefits business team.

To support the delivery of that strategy, you will:

• Manage the update and maintenance of employee databases for each client.
• Prepare the order files for recharges on products that have been contracted, monthly and ad-hoc.
• Verify and send invoices corresponding to recharge orders to ensure timely payments and recharges.
• Follow-up with the different suppliers (Edenred/Pluxee(Up Spain)
• Report to the Health teams the movements obtained in the various vendors of this flexible remuneration product.
• Prepare the files for the payroll discounts of each client.
• Manage customer representative (HR) communications/queries.
• Respond to tickets for queries made by workers about the contracted products.
• Identify and report incidents in the operation of platforms and/or in the generation of basic inputs.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in health and benefits (ideally in consulting, insurance, or outsourcing environments)
• University degree (preferably in business or mathematics-related fields)
• Fluent in Spanish (Spain) with strong communication skills; good level of English preferred
• Experience in customer-facing roles and working with the Spanish market
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex issues
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team player with a collaborative and continuous improvement approach
