iCapital Network is seeking a Compliance Analyst/Associate to join its Regulatory and Compliance team in Lisbon. You will lead investor AML/KYC reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits, with collaboration across multiple business lines.

The role emphasizes strong communication and continuous process improvement. The candidate should have 1-4 years in alternatives, knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks, and familiarity with vendor tools like LexisNexis or World-Check.

Qualificações

• 1-4 years of alternatives experience, ideally with broker-dealer and registered investment advisor exposure.
• Strong knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933 and Cayman Islands AML regulations.
• AML/KYC regulatory requirements for private fund investors.
• Experience with AML screening resolution vendor tools (LexisNexis, World-Check, ComplyAdvantage, etc.).
• Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal interaction skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a learning mindset.
• Self-motivated with project management and process development skills.
• ACAMS certification preferred, but not required.
• JD a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform third-party reliance testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate across business lines to provide compliance guidance on initiatives.
• Conduct AML screening reviews and dispositions.
• Assist in audits and inquiries preparation.
