QUANTEAM - Portugal (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is seeking a KYC Analyst in Porto to conduct due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance for banking clients. You will liaise with Front Office and Compliance, review KYC memos, and monitor KPIs. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a permanent CTI contract.

Requirements include a university degree in finance or related fields, proven KYC/AML experience, advanced Excel skills, and fluent English. French is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), or Financial Crime Compliance within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to customer onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Experience handling low, medium, and high-risk client files.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is highly valued.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform KYC due diligence and reviews for low, medium, and high-risk Corporate & Investment Banking clients.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review KYC memos, risk assessments, and client documentation.
• Liaise with Front Office, Compliance, and Client Service teams to collect and validate customer information.
• Participate in governance and operational meetings with key stakeholders.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround time KPIs while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency projects.
• Assist with team coordination activities, workload allocation, reporting, and operational dashboards when required.
• Deliver knowledge sharing sessions and training for new joiners and existing team members.
• Contribute to SOP creation, process reviews, risk identification, and best practice implementation.
