HN Services Portugal in Lisbon seeks an experienced KYC Analyst to join our international financial services team on a hybrid basis.

The role involves managing end-to-end KYC reviews, conducting CDD and EDD where applicable, analyzing ownership structures, and classifying risk levels. You will liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate files in line with AML standards. English proficiency is required, with 2 days onsite per week in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional KYC experience.
• Experience managing a volume of KYC cases/files.
• Experience with different client risk levels (medium/high).
• Understanding of KYC, CDD, EDD and AML principles.
• Ability to analyse corporate documentation and ownership structures.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English.
• Hybrid work in Lisbon: 2 days onsite per week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end KYC reviews for clients and legal entities.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and, where applicable, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
• Analyse client documentation, ownership structures and relevant KYC information.
• Assess and classify clients according to their risk level.
• Identify potential KYC/AML risks and escalate cases when appropriate.
• Manage a portfolio of KYC files while ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance with internal procedures.
• Perform periodic reviews and updates of existing KYC files.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect missing information and resolve KYC-related issues.
• Ensure KYC files are completed within the required deadlines and quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of KYC processes and controls.
