HN Services Portugal seeks an experienced KYC Analyst to join an international Financial Services environment in Lisbon. The candidate will manage end-to-end KYC reviews and conduct CDD/EDD, handling a volume of files with varying risk levels.

The role requires 3+ years of professional KYC experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid Lisbon setting (2 days onsite per week).

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional KYC experience.
• Hands-on experience managing a significant volume of KYC cases/files.
• Knowledge of KYC, CDD, EDD and AML principles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and perform end-to-end KYC reviews for clients and legal entities.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and, where applicable, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
• Analyse client documentation, ownership structures and relevant KYC information.
• Assess and classify clients according to their risk level.
• Identify potential KYC/AML risks and escalate cases when appropriate.
• Manage a portfolio of KYC files while ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance with internal procedures.
• Perform periodic reviews and updates of existing KYC files.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect missing information and resolve KYC-related issues.
• Ensure KYC files are completed within the required deadlines and quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of KYC processes and controls.
