Job summary

Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is a consulting firm focused on Banking and Financial Services and is seeking an ALM Treasury Analyst in Lisbon. You will monitor and validate Treasury/ALM transactions, ensure trades interface across systems, and perform regular controls to mitigate risks.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Back Office and P&L, supporting projects related to new products and system implementations, while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Treasury, ALM, banking operations or financial processes.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results.
• Excellent attention to detail and risk awareness.

We are looking for an ALM Treasury Analyst

• Monitor and validate Treasury/ALM transactions throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure trades are correctly interfaced and recorded across relevant systems.
• Perform regular controls to identify and mitigate operational and fraud risks.
• Maintain and update operational processes and provide production support.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Back Office, P&L and other stakeholders.

• Experience or interest in Treasury, ALM, banking operations or financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or operational risks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results.
• Comfortable working in a process-driven and control-oriented environment.
• This role offers a gross annual salary between €15,000 and €38,500, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
