Boeva Tech in Lisbon is hiring an Airline Support Agent (Spanish Speaker) to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with reservations, flight changes, and general queries.

You will join a dynamic, multicultural team and undergo a fully paid training program, with a focus on delivering empathetic service and maintaining high standards.

Qualificações

• Spanish at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
• English at B2 level for internal comms.

The Role

You will:

• Provide top-quality support to airline customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.

• Represent the airline with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.

What Were Looking For

• Spanish: C1 (or higher), excellent written and spoken skills.

• English: B2 good working knowledge for internal communication.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:0021:00 (2 rotating days off).

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory full training provided.

The Offer

Compensation & Benefits

• 920 EUR gross/month (14 salaries/year) base salary.

• 25 EUR gross/month (11 months/year) attendance bonus.

• Meal Allowance: 7.63EUR /day (net, 12 months/year).
