Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer assistance via phone and email in Italian and Portuguese.
• Support inquiries related to flights, bookings, and loyalty programs.
• Manage and record all interactions in the CRM system.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in Portuguese (C1) and Italian (B2)

Strong communication and active-listening skills

Customer-focused mindset and professional phone etiquette

Ability to multitask and manage information precisely
