Job summary

Tekever is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead RAF engagement and regional air-domain strategies. You will own RAF relationships, shape opportunities, and coordinate across Tekever’s product and delivery teams to drive air-domain opportunities.

The role requires credibility with senior military and government stakeholders, plus proven experience in defence markets and bid activities, with a focus on strategic regional growth across UK, ME and Africa.

Qualifications

Proven BD, stakeholder engagement or customer relationship experience in defence, aerospace or national security markets.
Ability to engage credibly with senior military, MOD, government and industry stakeholders.
Experience shaping opportunities, requirements, demonstrations, trials, bids or capability proposals.

Responsibilities

Own and develop Tekever’s BD relationship with the RAF, including senior users and programme staff.
Provide air-domain advice to market leads across UK, ME, Africa.
Develop and execute campaign plans and opportunity roadmaps for air-domain opportunities.
Coordinate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align Tekever solutions to air customer requirements.
