Tekever is seeking a procurement/engineering professional to source components for aircraft not yet built. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate purchases, and guide materials from development to production while ensuring quality and timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement/engineering, strong analytical skills, and fluent Portuguese and English. Expect a dynamic, collaborative environment with salary aligned to experience and a bonus policy.

Qualificações

• Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in areas such as Management, Electronics, Mechanics or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering roles (preferably in Industrial or Production sectors).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced command of Portuguese and English (C2).
• Proactive, dynamic, and with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients following up order and/or development status.
• Negotiation and management of purchases for the acquisition of materials and services; proposal analysis, and preparation of recommendations based on results obtained.
• Market research to identify and select potential suppliers.
• Review and follow up on purchase requests for materials.
• Research alternative suppliers to improve quality and service, and optimize processes.
• Guarantee that dev product's information and technical requirements are closed and validated to transit them to production stage.
