Job summary

TEKEVER seeks a Field Product Engineer to be embedded with customer teams worldwide, splitting time between on-site deployments andTEKEVER's Caldas da Rainha campus. You will support live operations and flight tracks, ensuring delivery of field-ready solutions.

You will translate operational needs into technical outcomes, maintain system integrity, and collaborate with core product teams to extend TEKEVER's baseline systems. Travel internationally is a core element of the role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience across at least two domains (electrical, electronics, embedded software, telecommunications or mechanical).
• Proven ability to pick up unfamiliar systems fast and build on top of them reliably.
• Strong communication skills; able to work directly with customer teams in demanding field environments.
• Bias for getting things done: a working field solution beats a review in progress.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer-specific features and integrations on top of TEKEVER's baseline systems.
• Work directly with customer engineering and operations teams on-site to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain system integrity while extending functionality for each deployment.
• Be the feedback bridge between field operations and TEKEVER's core product development teams.
• Travel regularly to customer sites around the world. This is a core part of the role, not an occasional add-on.
