Lever, Inc. is seeking an AI Video Editor based in Portugal to produce high-volume, conversion-focused video content for paid social campaigns.

You will edit direct-response ads, develop multiple creative variations, and craft scripts with strong hooks and CTAs, using CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools. You will collaborate with strategists and growth teams to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production, turning raw assets into scalable creative assets while maintaining speed and

Qualificações

• 2+ years editing direct-response video ads for DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio with paid social video campaigns.
• Experience creating static ads for Meta and other platforms.
• Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Understanding of hooks, CTAs, creative angles, and testing.
• Experience writing or adapting copy for ad creatives.
• Familiar with AI-powered creative tools and workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Descript).
• Ability to deliver multiple assets weekly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills; motion graphics a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for paid social platforms.

• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to implement concepts quickly.
• Source, organize, and manage UGC, stock footage, hooks, and B-roll assets.
• Maintain a high-volume creative workflow with consistency and timely delivery.
