CapsLock is seeking a Video Editor / Motion Designer to craft high‑performing ad videos across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and landing pages. You will bridge creative storytelling with AI tooling to accelerate output while maintaining quality.

You will work with a Creative Director, marketers, and copywriters to test concepts, refine visuals, and drive conversion metrics through engaging video campaigns.

Qualificações

• Full post‑production capability: cutting, titling, colour correction, After Effects, sound mixing.
• Strong command of video rhythm, pacing, transitions, typography, and sound design.
• Hands‑on experience creating AI‑generated video from scratch or from references.
• Ability to produce realistic human characters with lip‑sync and movement.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Develop video ads from concept to final delivery for funnel formats and social platforms.
• Edit and enhance videos with graphics, music, sound design, and visual effects.
• Create AI‑generated advertising creative for paid social and landing pages.
• Produce photorealistic human characters with realistic motion and speech sync.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, marketers, and copywriters on concepts.
• Analyze performance and iterate based on data, A/B tests and trends.
