Jobgether SRL in Portugal is seeking an AI Video Editor to produce high-volume, conversion-focused video content for paid social campaigns. You will edit short-form ads across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, with static creative support when needed.

The role requires fast execution, multiple variations, strong hooks and CTAs, and collaboration with strategists and growth teams. Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Pika) is expected.

Qualificações

• 2+ years editing direct-response video ads for DTC brands.
• Portfolio showcasing paid social video ads performance.
• Experience creating static ads for Meta and other platforms.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation and production.

Responsabilidades

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
• Develop multiple creative variations by testing hooks, angles, CTAs, messaging, layouts and offers.
• Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts focused on engagement and conversion.
• Use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects and related tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing and production workflows.
• Create high-converting static ad creatives using templates and swipe files.
