Job summary

SGS, the world's leading testing, inspection and certification company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation to lead strategic AI initiatives across Business Assurance IT. This hands-on role involves developing prompts, testing use cases, and translating business needs into practical AI solutions.

You will manage AI-driven projects, POCs, MVPs, and automation initiatives from concept to deployment, collaborating with IT, Operations, and Sales to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of PM/digital transformation or related field.
• Experience in the Certification/Business Assurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and prompt engineering for business applications.
• Experience coordinating global teams and cross-functional stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept to deployment.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts for specific business use cases.
• Translate challenges into practical AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.
• Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, and digital product initiatives.
• Ensure governance, data quality, security, and measurable value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT and business functions.
