TheSoul Group is seeking a Client Deployment Lead, AI to embed with mid-market leadership teams and drive real AI-Native transformation on the ground. You own the client relationship, the rollout, and measurable business outcomes with remote engineers supporting deeper platform work.

Based anywhere in EMEA, you will travel to client sites ~30–60% of the time for active deployments while coordinating with a global team to deliver concrete, auditable results.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years as a senior individual contributor—Engagement Manager level at a top-tier strategy firm, or a proven in-house transformation operator who has run deployments themselves.
• Hands-on AI builder: you personally build agents, automations and data workflows and prototype against real data.
• Track record of owning real outcomes with a measurable result and client sign-off on delivery.
• Credibility in front of a mid-market CEO and leadership team, earning organisational trust quickly.
• Thrives in ambiguity, operating effectively with incomplete information and shifting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own the client relationship through to the CEO and executive steering committee.
• Run the transformation cadence: weekly reviews, monthly value reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Lead end-to-end rollout: fast, fixed-scope wins then broader adoption and handover.
• Build hands-on: configure the platform, assemble automations and agents, prototype against real client data.
• Be personally accountable for a measurable business result against a baseline agreed at kick-off.
• Carry 2–3 concurrent client engagements as deployments mature.
• Codify the method after each deployment to reduce ramp-up for subsequent work.
