BSPK is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to own client engagements from presales to go-live. You will partner with the CEO and sales, shape solutions, scope work, and lead delivery with engineering, customer success and partners.

This AI-first role requires credibility with executives and engineers, and involvement across Europe and North America. You will use AI daily to speed discovery, design and implementation, turning weeks of work into days.

Competenze

6+ years in solutions consulting, presales, implementation or delivery management for B2B SaaS.
Track record delivering enterprise software projects for retail, beauty or consumer brands.
Hands-on with Shopify, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Cegid or Klaviyo.
Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations and data mapping; able to work with engineers.
Experience writing statements of work, project plans and RFP responses.
Strong executive presence and English communication.
Comfort with ambiguity and pace of a growing company; able to create process.

Join discovery calls and lead technical discovery with client teams.
Map client's systems landscape across commerce, CRM, and data platforms.
Design target solution using BSPK connectors, API and partners.
Lead tailored demos and walkthroughs for business and technical stakeholders.
Own technical and delivery sections of RFPs and security questionnaires.
Translate requirements into clear scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria.
Estimate effort, timeline and resources with engineering and partners.
Write SOWs, project plans and pricing inputs for CEO and sales.
Identify risks and dependencies early and set realistic expectations before contract signature.
Run kick-off and act as single point of coordination for go-live.
Lead weekly team check-ins and steering committee checkpoints.
Coordinate data integrations, testing and launch with engineering and partners.
Work with training partners and customer success to prepare teams for launch.
Use AI daily across every stage of presales and delivery.
Turn discovery into draft scope within 24 hours.
Prototype integrations and client workflows before handing to engineering.
Share what works to accelerate delivery across projects.
