AdvanceWorks in Lisbon is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and AI engineers, translating needs into functional specs and verifying requirements. You’ll lead structured analysis sessions, prioritize AI use cases, and shape solutions with a focus on Responsible AI and regulatory compliance.

Join a center collaborating with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions across industries, while working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with AI solutions beyond conceptual knowledge.
• Knowledge of AI approaches including LLMs, Generative AI, and retrieval augmented generation.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
• Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days per week in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structured requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure specifications are complete, clear, and validated.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured functional requirements for AI-based solutions.
• Challenge and refine ambiguous requirements, identifying edge cases and potential technical limitations.
• Assess which business problems are suitable for AI and which are better addressed by other approaches.
• Support the identification, definition, and prioritization of AI use cases with business teams.
• Participate in the functional design of AI solutions and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout development.
• Clarify requirements and resolve questions related to functional specifications for technical teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and participate in functional testing and validation of solutions.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and completeness of functional documentation.
• Promote Responsible AI principles and assist with compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support change management and adoption of AI solutions across business areas.
• Use AI tools to support requirements analysis, research, and documentation.
