Decskill seeks an AI Architect to reimagine how software is planned, built, and operated in an AI-native world. The role bridges business, technology, and people, translating ambition into execution while balancing innovation, risk, and trust.

The position offers a hybrid working model in Lisbon, Portugal, with long-term career opportunities within the Astek Group and exposure to diverse international projects and teams.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of software engineering and large-scale technology delivery.
• Experience defining AI or technology strategies in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, DL, and generative AI with a practical mindset.
• Experience with Large Language Models and applied usage patterns.
• Experience with model monitoring, observability and MLOps tooling, and Agile.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS, and related AI/ML services.
• Knowledge about model quality, output validation and guardrails.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and optimise end-to-end AI pipelines, translating complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Develop, fine-tune, and operationalise ML/DL models with seamless integration into platforms.
• Implement robust CI/CD workflows for AI, ML, automation of training pipelines, and governance.
• Continuously evaluate and optimise AI models for accuracy, efficiency and real-time performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data experts, and product visionaries to engineer AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
