Your Mission Will Be

• Transform business needs into practical applications and innovative AI/LLM-powered solutions;
• Design, fine-tune, deploy, and enhance AI/ML models tailored to real-world business challenges;
• Experiment with prompt engineering, model parameters, and emerging LLM capabilities to improve solution quality;
• Build R&D proof-of-concepts using tools such as Jupyter and work with complex datasets to validate new ideas;
• Develop secure, scalable, cloud-native AI solutions while promoting responsible AI practices, governance, and effective guardrails.

You Will Need

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Science, with strong Python skills and a solid software engineering background (C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot);
• Practical experience with LLMs, including fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and technologies such as GPT, Transformers, and Hugging Face;
• Knowledge of databases, scalable system architecture, and cloud environments such as AWS (including SageMaker and Bedrock) or equivalent Azure services;
• Strong understanding of AI security, data privacy, API protection, trusted AI practices, and experience working within Agile/Scrum teams, with fluent English;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience taking AI solutions from experimentation through to production, with exposure to MLOps and AI governance practices;
• AWS or Azure certifications related to cloud or artificial intelligence;
• Experience with C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot;
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD environments, combined with a collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring others.
