InnoTech is seeking a Data & AI Analyst to join our Porto team and grow with us. You will transform data into meaningful insights to support strategic decisions with a strong analytical mindset.

You will work across on-premises and cloud environments, building Power BI visuals and developing AI-powered agents to automate analytics workflows. Join a passionate, international team focused on learning and growth.

Qualificações

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Analysis within IT environments.
• Strong data and analytics knowledge with a structured, critical problem-solving approach.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Foundry for AI agent development.
• Experience with Power BI, data queries, and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.

Your Mission Will Be

• Transform data into meaningful insights, supporting business decisions through a strong analytical and critical mindset;
• Contribute to Data Analytics initiatives, working across both on-premises and cloud environments;
• Leverage AI capabilities to develop intelligent agents, automate processes, and support more efficient data analysis;
• Build and improve data visualizations and analytical solutions using tools such as Power BI and queries;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout key project stages, deliveries, and initiatives.

You Will Need

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar analytical roles within IT environments;
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of data, analytics, and technology, combined with a structured and critical approach to problem-solving;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry, particularly in using the platform and developing AI agents for automation and analytical use cases;
• Experience with Power BI, queries, and data analytics processes, together with confidence working across on-premises and cloud environments;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Previous exposure to financial services or other business environments where data-driven decision-making is particularly relevant;
• Experience combining business analysis, data insights, and AI solutions to address real-world business challenges;
• Professional English proficiency at B2 level or above, enabling effective communication within international teams;
