REAL Rec Solutions in Lisbon is recruiting a Customer Support Specialist to assist consumers and business users of an AI-focused platform. You will handle multi-channel support, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers in using the product, while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) in Lisbon, with a 12-month Portuguese contract, potentially converting to permanent. A private health/dental plan and meal allowance are provided, with a 200 EUR productivity

Qualificações

• Fluency in English required.
• Experience in technical support or strong interest in AI.
• Customer-oriented approach and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support consumers and business users of the client’s platform.
• Provide reactive support across multiple channels.
• Assist customers with billing and invoicing matters.
• Troubleshoot account access issues.
• Guide customers in using the client’s products.
