FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon invites a Customer Support Specialist (AI) to deliver proactive, human-centered assistance to users of cutting-edge AI tools. You will handle account access issues, billing questions, and guide customers to maximize product value.

The role requires English proficiency at C1/C2, local residency in Lisbon, and willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift. Competitive salary with base pay, meal allowance, holiday pay, and a performance bonus.

Qualificações

• English proficiency at C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Non-EU citizens must have a valid residence card.
• Willing to work a 24/7 rotating shift (8 hours + 1 hour lunch).

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, useful, and professional support to users with account access or functionality issues.
• Assist and educate customers on billing matters and invoicing inquiries.
• Act as a guide and trainer, helping users maximize the AI products’ potential.
• Maintain a high standard of service that consistently exceeds quality metrics.
