Siemens Energy is seeking to lead and evolve its central AI portfolio within the Digital Core team. You will partner with management to align AI initiatives with strategic priorities, drive governance, and communicate portfolio impact to senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

8+ years managing complex digital or technology portfolios.
Experience in governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement in agile/hybrid delivery.
Strong understanding of AI/ML for industrial applications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
Interpersonal, storytelling, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

Define, maintain, and evolve the central AI portfolio to align with priorities and value creation.
Establish portfolio-level reporting on progress, impact, and outcomes with visibility of status, dependencies, risks, and achievements.
Improve AI service delivery frameworks, methodologies, and project management practices for scalable execution.
Build relationships with stakeholders across business units to align AI demand with central capabilities.
Lead workshops and awareness sessions to identify high-value AI opportunities and adoption across the organization.
