Siemens Energy is seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive the design, development, and deployment of production-grade Generative AI solutions across enterprise and industrial domains. You will translate complex business needs into scalable AI architectures on cloud platforms, guiding teams from proof-of-concept to production.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers, and ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and performance standards across AI workloads.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, with at least 4 years in AI roles.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on with RAG, multi-agent and graph-based AI architectures.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and AWS SageMaker.
• Strong MLOps knowledge (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• OpenShift DevOps experience is a plus.
• API design experience using FastAPI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Generative AI solutions from ideation to production.
• Design scalable, cloud-based architectures for AI workloads.
• Develop RAG frameworks and multi-agent systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and milestones.
• Ensure enterprise security, reliability, and performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks for smooth production releases.
• Drive MLOps adoption for model lifecycle management.
