Qualifications

• Умение разрабатывать оркестрацию сервисов, связывающих AI-агентов и бизнес-логику.
• Экспертиза долгоживущих рабочих процессов, управление состоянием, повторные попытки.
• Интеграция Enterprise-приложений через API и сообщения.
• Сильные навыки дизайна ПО, надежность и повторно используемые компоненты.
• Коммуникация с AI-инженерами, инженерами платформы и продакт-менеджерами.
• Свободное владение английским языком.

• Strong experience in backend development using modern software engineering practices.
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems, REST APIs, asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures.
• Experience building scalable cloud-native applications and microservices.
• Ability to develop orchestration services connecting AI agents, business logic, enterprise APIs and human approvals.
• Expertise in long-running workflows, persistent state management, retries and fault recovery.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs, messaging platforms and event-based architectures.
• Strong software design skills, with a focus on maintainability, resilience and reusable components.
• Ability to develop services for retrieval, context assembly, tool execution and memory management.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security and secure software development.
• Experience implementing logging, metrics, tracing and telemetry for backend services.
• Comfortable collaborating with AI engineers, platform engineers, data engineers, product managers and domain specialists.
• Fluency in English.
