Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience.
• Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or related role.
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models in production.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI services including generative AI tech.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Designing, developing and deploying AI models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendations.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract features for model training.
• Experiment with ML techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Implement and optimize AI models for scalability and real-time inference.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure robustness and generalization.
• Stay updated on AI/ML research and evaluate new frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure models are explainable, auditable, and compliant with data privacy.
