With 2+ years in AI/soft­ware, you will work on production‑ready integrations, curate AI workflows, and influence the evolution of Aceve’s internal capabilities. This role is on‑site in Lisbon and involves collaboration across European time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and deploying AI or software solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency with LLM APIs and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain).
• Experience building automations or AI agents that interact with real systems.
• Able to scope problems and communicate with non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of internal AI products from scoping to deployment.
• Ensure solutions are adopted and iterated with business teams.
• Design and build AI agents, automations, and LLM integrations across ACEVE Group.
• Translate stakeholder workflows into working AI solutions.
• Contribute to reusable components and best practices for scale.
