Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an AI Enterprise Technical Lead to join a high-profile enterprise AI project for a major global brand. This role blends ownership of enterprise AI delivery with client-facing discovery and hands-on engineering.

You will shape a secure, enterprise-grade AI platform built around Microsoft Azure, LLMs, agentic workflows and enterprise knowledge with strong architectural influence across the stack.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI/GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures, RAG and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions and integrating them with APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
• Strong software architecture, API design and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience combining LLM capabilities with deterministic logic.
• Context engineering, retrieval, outputs and AI evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and translate business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Shape architecture across AI agents, orchestration, RAG, Azure services and integrations.
• Define boundaries between AI/LLM and deterministic logic.
• Design agent workflows, context management and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Shape RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions, including retrieval from trusted sources.
• Design integrations between AI workflows, APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure security, identity, governance, observability and auditability.
• Turn discovery outcomes into architecture and backlogs.
• Lead engineers with hands-on guidance and code reviews.
• Establish AI evaluation and continuous improvement processes.
