Akselos SA seeks a Service Delivery Lead to convert won software and services contracts into active enterprise deployments. You will operate inside customer-facing strike Teams, transitioning accounts from commercial sign-off through configuration to operations, leveraging AI-driven automation to accelerate implementation and value realization.

Preferred locations include Porto, Portugal, with global client exposure.

Competenze

5+ years leading complex engineering software deployments in B2B SaaS, Downstream/Upstream energy, or heavy industrial simulation.
Agile expertise in handling deployment sprint cycles.
Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English is mandatory.
Highly comfortable with cloud-based data integrations.
Ability to negotiate across Sales, Product, and Backend Engineering validation gates.

Mansioni

Deployment blueprinting, planning, and value workshops with Sales and Product Owners.
Lock down engineering scope boundaries and delivery timelines with SMEs; optimize team resources.
Coordinate PMO to align cost and effort within proposed frameworks.
End-to-End delivery ownership of the deployment lifecycle for strategic accounts.
Track baselines, milestones, and financial fulfillment; resolve onboarding friction; ensure QA/UAT standards.
Handover to Customer Enablement; manage ongoing operations and monitor customer health.
