The role emphasizes performance-driven creative, advanced AI tools, and hands-on collaboration with media buying teams. Fully remote with a competitive fixed salary and uncapped performance bonuses is offered.

Qualificações

• Proven experience creating content that drives online sales for DTC brands.
• Advanced copywriting skills, with the ability to deliver the right message to the right audience.
• Solid understanding of consumer psychology and direct-response principles.
• Strong command of AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, and optimization.
• Experience developing creative briefs with clear, actionable guidelines, and collaborating effectively with media buying teams.
• Ability to deliver high-volume creative work without sacrificing quality or performance focus.

Responsabilidades
