We Are META is seeking a consultant AI/RPA developer in Lisbon for hybrid work, 2-3 days on-site. You will design and deliver intelligent automation solutions using leading RPA platforms and GenAI techniques.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or UiPath, plus coding skills in C#, .NET, Python; English is mandatory and French is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as an AI/RPA Developer with experience in one of the RPA platforms: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath.
• Demonstrated involvement in AI-related projects applying GenAI, RAG, NLP, or ML concepts.
• Experience in development with C#, .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, Java.
• Ability to integrate Generative AI capabilities via APIs into existing RPA workflows.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI tooling, Git, and Kubernetes.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• French (B2) is a plus.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 2+ years of experience as an AI/RPA Developer with experienced in one of the RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath.
• Demonstrated involvement in AI-related projects applying GenAI, RAG, NLP, or ML concepts to deliver intelligent automation solutions.
• Previous experience in development with programming languages/frameworks namely C#, .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, Java.
• Ability to develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities via APIs into existing RPA workflows.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI tooling, GIT, and Kubernetes to support reliable, high-quality software delivery.
• Fluency in English (B2 Level).
• Fluency in French (B2 Level) is a plus.
• Availability for hybrid model, 2-3x/week, based in Lisbon.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
