A EnBW IT Solutions está recrutando para a fábrica de agentes de Lisboa, integrando-se à equipe de GenAI para construir e manter a plataforma central de IA e serviços correlatos. Você trabalhará em um ambiente híbrido, com colaboração internacional entre Portugal e Alemanha, participando do desenvolvimento de infraestrutura robusta para cargas de trabalho de IA.

Procuramos profissional com prática em Azure (AKS, OpenAI no Azure) e IaC, capaz de gerenciar pipelines ML/GenAI, monitorar aplicações

Qualificações

• Experiência prática com infraestrutura de nuvem Azure (AKS, OpenAI no Azure, Azure Data Factory, ML).
• Infraestrutura como código com Terraform e/ou Bicep.
• CI/CD para workloads de ML/GenAI.
• Deploys de containers com Docker em produção.
• Desafios operacionais de GenAI: versionamento, escalonamento, custo e segurança.
• Monitorização nativa Azure (Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
• Uso diário de ferramentas de coding para IA (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Conformidade com governança corporativa e segurança como enablers.

Responsabilidades

• Provisionar e endurecer infra Azure para workloads GenAI.
• Desenhar e manter templates IaC (Terraform/Bicep).
• Construir e operar pipelines CI/CD para ML/GenAI.
• Implementar infraestrutura de serving de LLM: balanceamento, custo e API gateway.
• Desenvolver blocos de infraestrutura reutilizáveis para acelerar entregas.

Your tasks

• Provision, configure and harden Azure cloud environments for GenAI and agentic workloads
• Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates (Terraform, Bicep) for scalable, repeatable use case delivery
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for ML/GenAI workloads, including model deployment and automated testing
• Implement and manage LLM serving infrastructure – load balancing, cost controls, API gateway and monitoring
• Develop and operate reusable infrastructure building blocks and platform services that accelerate agentic solution delivery across teams

Your profile

• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure: AKS, Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, Azure ML, Azure Container Apps, Azure Data Factory
• Strong infrastructure-as-code practice with Terraform and/or Bicep
• Proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for ML or GenAI workloads
• Practical knowledge of containerized deployments with Docker and orchestration in production settings
• Understanding of GenAI‑specific operational challenges: model versioning, endpoint scaling, cost management, and security hardening
• Experience with Azure‑native monitoring and observability: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics for AI workloads
• Established daily practice of using agentic coding tools (e.G., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) — as a core part of how you work, with clear best practices for AI‑augmented workflows
• Comfortable within corporate IT governance frameworks – compliance and security as enablers, not blockers

Nice‑to‑haves

• Experience with GenAI application patterns: RAG, agent orchestration, LLM gateway architectures
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Foundry for building, evaluating, and deploying generative AI models and agents
• Working knowledge of data platform concepts and technologies (especially Databricks)
• Experience establishing or evangelizing agentic tooling practices within a team
• Experience in the energy sector or regulated industries
• Language skills: English: Fluent (required – daily working language)
