Qualificações

• Experiência prática em Azure cloud (AKS, OpenAI, ML) e IaC (Terraform/Bicep).
• Capacidade de construir/operar CI/CD para workloads de ML/GenAI.
• Conhecimento de Docker e orquestração em ambientes de produção.
• Familiaridade com monitorização/observabilidade (Azure Monitor/Insights).

Responsabilidades

• Provisionar, configurar e endurecer infra Azure para GenAI.
• Projetar e manter templates IaC (Terraform, Bicep).
• Construir/operar pipelines CI/CD para ML/GenAI.
• Gerir infra de serving de LLM – balanceamento e monitorização.
• Desenvolver blocos de infra e serviços para acelerar entregas entre equipas.

Your tasks

• Provision, configure and harden Azure cloud environments for GenAI and agentic workloads
• Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates (Terraform, Bicep) for scalable, repeatable use case delivery
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for ML/GenAI workloads, including model deployment and automated testing
• Implement and manage LLM serving infrastructure – load balancing, cost controls, API gateway and monitoring
• Develop and operate reusable infrastructure building blocks and platform services that accelerate agentic solution delivery across teams

Your profile

• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure: AKS, Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, Azure ML, Azure Container Apps, Azure Data Factory
• Strong infrastructure-as-code practice with Terraform and/or Bicep
• Proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for ML or GenAI workloads
• Practical knowledge of containerized deployments with Docker and orchestration in production settings
• Understanding of GenAI-specific operational challenges: model versioning, endpoint scaling, cost management, and security hardening
• Experience with Azure-native monitoring and observability: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics for AI workloads
• Established daily practice of using agentic coding tools (e.G., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) – as a core part of how you work, with clear best practices for AI-augmented workflows
• Comfortable within corporate IT governance frameworks – compliance and security as enablers, not blockers

Nice‑to‑haves

• Experience with GenAI application patterns: RAG, agent orchestration, LLM gateway architectures
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Foundry for building, evaluating, and deploying generative AI models and agents
• Working knowledge of data platform concepts and technologies (especially Databricks)
• Experience establishing or evangelizing agentic tooling practices within a team
• Experience in the energy sector or regulated industries
• Language skills: English: Fluent (required – daily working language)

You will join our Agentic Factory team, which sits at the heart of EnBW's generative AI and data delivery. We build and operate the central AI platform and GenAI use cases that drive real impact across the organization – from intelligent automation to AI-powered decision support in the energy sector. Our team in Lisbon works as an integral part of cross‑functional squads in Germany, combining deep technical expertise with the agility to move fast in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
