EnBW IT-Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a Security DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The role includes developing CI/CD pipelines and integrating security practices into the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience with Azure services and strong CI/CD pipeline skills. This position promotes a hybrid working model and offers benefits such as private health insurance and a meal allowance.

Your tasks

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and Azure Resource Manager.
• Develop and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep and ARM templates.
• Implement monitoring strategies and integrate security practices across all stages of the software development and deployment lifecycle.
• Analyze operational incidents in cloud environments, propose solutions, and support their implementation in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analyses to improve system stability and reliability in production environments.
• Evaluate and optimize monitoring and alerting setups in runtime environments.
• Contribute to the documentation of operational processes, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge bases (e.g. FAQs).

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience working with Azure cloud services (e.g. Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Resource Manager).
• Strong experience in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep and ARM templates.
• Experience implementing monitoring strategies and integrating security and compliance practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Experience analyzing incidents and collaborating with teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Experience documenting operational processes and creating structured knowledge bases (e.g. FAQs, runbooks).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of C# for troubleshooting, analysis, and collaboration with development teams.
• Structured and solution-oriented working style, with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English skills at B2 level or higher; Portuguese and/or German is a plus.
