EnBW IT-Solutions is expanding its Agentic Factory team in Lisbon to build the central AI platform and GenAI use cases across the organization. The role focuses on backend services, frontend interfaces, and end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions in a hybrid, international environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Python and frontend experience, GenAI tooling, and cloud-native know-how, with a collaborative mindset for scalable enterprise platforms.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Python (backend) and modern JS/TS frameworks.
• Experience with GenAI tech: LLMs, RAG, agent logic.
• Comfort with containerized deployments and cloud-native apps.
• Experience building/consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services for agentic AI applications, including LLM orchestration, tool integration, and agent workflow logic.
• Build polished, user-friendly frontend interfaces that make GenAI capabilities accessible to business users.
• Deliver GenAI use cases end-to-end — from rapid prototyping through production deployment and ongoing iteration.
• Design and develop reusable application templates, components, and patterns for other teams to leverage.
• Integrate enterprise data sources, APIs, and third-party services into agentic workflows.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• Strong development skills in Python (backend) and a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular (frontend).
• Practical experience with GenAI technologies — LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, agent logic, or conversational interfaces.
• Demonstrated daily practice of using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) with clear understanding of where they accelerate delivery and where human judgment is essential.
• Comfortable with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development on Azure.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; understanding of microservice and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Azure AI Search, Qdrant, Weaviate).
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• A mindset that balances delivery speed with reusability — you look for ways to turn solutions into components others can use.
• Effective in cross-functional, distributed teams within a corporate environment.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar.
• Track record of introducing or scaling agentic development practices within a team.
• Background in building internal tools or platform products for enterprise use.
• Experience in the energy sector or regulated industries.

Language skills: English: Fluent (required — daily working language).

We build and operate the central AI platform and GenAI use cases that drive real impact across the organization — from intelligent automation to AI-powered decision support in the energy sector. Our team in Lisbon works as an integral part of cross‑functional squads in Germany, combining deep technical expertise with the agility to move fast in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
