EnBW AG sucht im neuen Security-Team in unserem IT Hub in Lissabon einen erfahrenen Cloud Security Engineer. Sie gestalten sichere Cloud-Umgebungen über AWS und Azure und übernehmen dabei Aufgaben in der Sicherheitsautomatisierung und Überwachung.

Wir bieten ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell, in dem Sie sowohl remote als auch vor Ort arbeiten können, sowie umfangreiche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und die Chance, ein internationales Umfeld zu erleben.

Qualificações

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Cloud Engineering und IT-Sicherheit.
• Starke Kenntnisse in Azure und/oder AWS.
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Scripting/Automatisierung (Python, Bash oder PowerShell).
• Gutes Verständnis der DevSecOps-Prinzipien.
• Solide Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Entwerfen und Implementieren von sicheren Cloud-Architekturen (AWS & Azure).
• Betrieben und optimieren unserer SIEM-Plattform (Microsoft Sentinel).
• Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Microsoft Defender-Lösungen.
• Automatisierung von Sicherheitskontrollen mit Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Überwachung von Protokollen und Datenströmen zur Erkennung von Schwachstellen.

Vielfältige Aufgaben

Join our new Security team in the Lisbon IT Hub and help us build secure, scalable cloud environments across AWS, Azure and GCP. Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure cloud architectures (AWS & Azure)
• Operate and optimize our SIEM platform (Microsoft Sentinel) to provide centralized Security Management
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender solutions (endpoints, identities, cloud workloads)
• Automate security controls using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
• Drive security automation with Python, Bash or PowerShell
• Integrate security into development processes (DevSecOps, GitHub Actions)
• Monitor logs and data streams to detect vulnerabilities and incidents
• Ensure secure use of Git/GitHub and modern development practices
• Maintain clear and structured technical documentation

Überzeugendes Profil

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering and IT Security
• Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS
• Hands‑on experience with scripting/automation (Python, Bash or PowerShell)
• Good understanding of DevSecOps principles
• Solid communication skills in English (B2+ - especially with regards to IT Security technical terms)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AZ‑500, AWS Security Specialty)
• Experience working in international environments

Über den Bereich

The EnBW Cyber Defense department delivers centralized cybersecurity services across the organization, including enterprise‑wide Vulnerability Management, Security Testing, and the operation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) for EnBW and connected business units.

The EnBW‑CERT (Cyber Emergency Response Team) as part of the department coordinates the response to major or cross‑organizational cyber incidents and manages mandatory reporting to authorities. In addition, the Cyber Defense Center provides consolidated cyber threat and status reporting, ensuring transparency on the current cyber risk landscape and the effectiveness of EnBW's cybersecurity capabilities.
