Zühlke Group seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to shape how AI capabilities are built across the organisation. In a six-month role, you will design the Group-wide AI Capability Framework and a coherent learning curriculum for various roles, coordinating with CTO Office and external partners to ensure scalable, practical development pathways.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development, preferably in tech, engineering, consulting or professional services.
• Proven ability to design learning curricula and capability frameworks from scratch.
• Strong programme or project management skills coordinating complex initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the AI capability framework and learning curricula.
• Define learning architecture, frameworks and assessment methods for AI proficiency.
• Coordinate stakeholders across CTO Office, People & Culture and external partners.
• Lead the AI Curriculum & Capability Programme with milestones and deliverables.
• Plan pilots, gather feedback, and roll out the programme across the organisation.
• Ensure learning standards and scalable development opportunities across countries.
• Align AI capability development with career frameworks and performance metrics.
• Measure learning effectiveness and iterate based on insights.
